CR COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Job description:

• He/She will be continuously developing,managing and executing the industry's highest standards for the Corporate Responsibility Compliance oversight program for all Nike contract manufacturing base though effective integration with relevant business units.
• This position covers Indonesia and reports to the South Asia Compliance Director who is based in Hongkong.
  

Qualification:

• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years working experience including experience in equipment/apparel production and/or social auditing.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
• Applicants must be able to effectively link management and worker cultures and must possess ability to adapt to and thrive overseeing the ever-changing contract factory scene.
• Applicants must be fluent in English, with excellent computer and written/verbal communication skills.
